In this presentation we will provide a high-level overview of the various projects that are underway, have recently been completed and are on the horizon for the Strategic Project Management Office’s Data program that align with the campus-wide Operational Excellence initiative.This presentation will consist of a panel of presenters that will each speak about their specific data effort. We will be discussing the following projects:

Data Explorers Program
Interim Data Governance Board
Permanent Data Governance Recommendation
Data Resource Inventory
Data Mentorship

They will give a brief overview of the project objective, its status, the intended or existing outcomes and its intended or existing benefit. We will also speak about the effort’s alignment with the various opportunities identified by the Operational Excellence initiative. There will be time for Q&A on each of the efforts as well as regarding the SPMO Data Program at large.
