The WBS is a technique that can be used to plan projects and create project schedules. In this presentation, we will explore the WBS, the components of successful Work Breakdown Structures, and different WBS.
This two-hour group-based course will uncover some of the secret tricks of project managers. You will gain insight into common challenges project managers face during each phase of the project and effective countermeasures. Participants will also work together to develop a top 10 ‘must do’ list of activities for managing projects at the edge.
