It can be frustrating for both users and IT professionals when a user starts seeing 400/431 errors in their browser without a clear indication as to why. By default, Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager will set its web cookies in a suboptimal way for large, decentralized organizations, which has been contributing to increased reports of these browser errors on our campus. Come learn how new and existing Google tags can be configured to provide a smoother web experience for users. We’ll go over some ways to identify this issue for affected users, and, some technical and non-technical solutions to consider.
