Using Airtable and Github to Track Website Projects

Tags:

From writers to designers, outside stakeholders, front-end/back-end developers, user experience, accessibility, SEO, and QA experts, these projects pass through a lot of hands before they are complete.. and let’s be real, is a website ever REALLY done? Collaborating across all these different fields of expertise can be challenging, but good project management and documentation can make a huge difference.

In this workshop I’ll walk through how you can set up your workflow to account for the unique work styles of each area using airtable automations and the built in Github integration. I’ll share how automations can streamline communication and make it easy to stay up-to-date on the project status and personal capacity of each person on the project using the pull method. There will also be time for you to share what you’ve learned in your own projects to help us all grow. Let’s get connect, stay organized and get to work!
