Transparency: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Change events alter more than just items such as organizations and services: they change expectations. Previous service levels may no longer be acceptable; cost of services may suddenly be challenged. Transparency can be a key strategy for managing both change events and expectations. This session will discuss the advantages and challenges of being transparent as an IT service provider.
