Governance and Management – The dynamic duo or arch enemies?

Strategic Planning has identified the need for IT Governance on campus. But what do we mean when we say governance. In the presentation we aim to provide a high level introduction to governance and management. How can they work together to deliver better services, provide insight, maintain alignment and other benefits. We will also explore: How governance supports strategic planning, and what might be on the horizon for governance.
