Turn Conversations into Action with Cross-Functional Collaboration and Copilot

Tags: ,
Join us for a dynamic two-part training series on leveraging Copilot with Data Protection as a powerful tool for process improvement. In the first session, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of Lean methodology, including the concept of a Kaizen event—a collaborative, cross-functional approach to solving problems and mapping processes. We’ll then explore how Copilot with Data Protection, can merge multiple source documents such as conversation transcripts, job aids, process maps, and other strategic materials to generate actionable insights and process improvement recommendations. Attendees will also gain a clear understanding of how AI training pools function and how to use conversation tracks effectively.

The first session will be primarily informational and include a live demonstration. In the second session, participants will use provided transcripts and source documents to create a brand-new case study in real time. Participants should also come with a basic familiarity with Copilot.
