Join us for an open discussion about the Business Process Improvement Community of Practice at the University of Illinois. This session will begin with a brief overview of the Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How behind this grassroots initiative to foster a culture of continuous improvement across campus. You’ll then break out into small groups to connect with peers who are navigating similar challenges. Be ready to participate in an interactive sticky note exercise focused on process improvement. The insights gathered will be used during a live AI demo at this year’s IT Pro Forum.
