Description:
Most of us are using basic reports in TeamDynamix (TDX) for tracking tickets and activity, but are we really taking advantage of the versatility and power of the available reporting capabilities? Join a group of reporting enthusiasts to learn how you can get the most out of your TDX reports, both within the platform and in external reporting tools like Power BI.
We’ll cover the basic report builder, advanced filter logic, less-known features and tricks, examples of TDX Desktops based on user role (i.e. technician, manager), and more! We’ll also look at how to pull TDX data in to Power BI from multiple sources to access reporting features unavailable in the individual platforms, with examples of how this is being used by the Tech Services Help Desk and others.
