Boldly IT Rapid Response- Delivering Results at Warp-speed

Description:

The concept of Rapid Response Teams was developed to expedite outcomes for Boldly IT efforts. These teams are designed to tackle complex, cross‑campus challenges in a tight timeline. In this session, four co‑leads of completed Rapid Response projects share candid lessons learned from leading and delivering these efforts. This presentation explores how cross‑campus, cross‑functional teams collaborated: navigating ambiguity, facilitating engagement across roles, managing cognitive load, and delivering tangible results in 90 days or less. Attendees will leave with practical insights and best practices they can apply to future work, even outside a formal Rapid Response model, to deliver more timely results.
