The call for proposals is now open for IT Pro Forum Spring 2026, and we invite you to help shape the mission. Whether you are sharing a practical solution, a bold experiment, or lessons learned from the field, we welcome sessions that help our campus crew learn, connect, and move forward together.

You may submit a proposal between now and 5pm on Friday, March 27. Presenters will be notified of acceptance within two weeks after the deadline.

When charting your course for a presentation or workshop, please reference the mission tracks below based on the six Boldly IT Priorities: 

Engage New Ways of Working: Boldly go beyond old workflows and explore new frontiers in collaboration. 
Make It So with Data and AI: Leverage AI and predictive analytics to chart courses no one has calculated before. 
Reroute to Efficiency: Streamline processes at warp speed to reduce complexity and improve operations. 
The Next Generation of Learning Support: Work across departments to empower teaching and learning. 
Research: The Final Frontier: Unite teams to explore strange new data and boldly publish where none have published before. 
Reinforce the Core Systems: Build up the foundations so the ship stays ready for anything the galaxy throws at it, from accessibility to tribbles to Cloudflare outages.
