Xiao (Helen) Zhou is the Assistant Director of IT Accessibility at University of Illinois Chicago, where she provides comprehensive digital accessibility services to the UIC community. Previously, she served as a Senior Web Application Developer at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she chaired the U of I Web Con Tech Subcommittee and contributed to the Accessibility Subcommittee. Helen is committed to creating digital environments that are inclusive and accessible to all. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, meditation, and listening to podcasts.
