Records and Information Management

Rich is a member of the Systems Offices’ Business Process Automation team which provides support and coordination for enterprise-wide document management (Banner Document Management), workflow, electronic forms, and Robotic Process Automation. Rich has 20+ years of experience supporting and administration of BDM-Xtender. Rich is also a member of the Records and Information Management Services team (RIMS), providing direction on electronic information management and digital records/non-records guidance, services, and best practices for digital repositories.
