Lead Business Process Improvement Analyst, Technology Services

Ginger Hundgen is the Lead Business Process Improvement Analyst for the Office of the Chief Information Officer. She has been with the University of Illinois since 2021, where she started as a Project Manager at Technology Services. Ginger is a Six Sigma certified Scrum Master, Process Improvement Specialist, and Lean Practitioner. Before her time as a project manager, she worked 7 years in corporate customer sales and secured her Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Operations at Depaul University.
