Cordelia Geiken has been active in the University IT environment for over 30 years, focused upon customer-based usability and design, and providing quality products to our end users.
Over the last several years she has helped to form and lead the Web Implementation Guidelines Group, a grass roots cross campus effort to provide web design and development services to the campus community. The Website Management Center of Expertise Program is the next step in coordinating these efforts. As the Program Director, she facilitates discussions between groups all across the campus and helps units / departments make good decisions regarding their web needs.
