Manager of Technology Support and Training, IT Partners @ Gies College of Business
Allison (Al) Payne has been working on the Urbana-Champaign campus for 18 years, first at the Krannert Center for Performing Arts (KCPA) as a ticket office supervisor (with a little IT on the side), from 2011-early 2020 as an IT Pro in the College of ACES, and now as the Manager of Technology Support and Training for the Gies College of Business. She serves as the Dell, Lenovo, and HP co-lead for the Campus IT Bulk Purchasing initiative, sits on the IT Council End User Svcs subcommittee, participates in several TeamDynamix governance groups, and is involved with the IT ESMO Incident and Service Request Advisors Group. She has been involved with the Answers @ Illinois Knowledgebase efforts since 2014. ITLW Summer 2014, MGRdev Fall 2021 cohorts, Gulick Award Winner 2022, EWL 2022-23.
